George and Tracy Fronimakis
George was born and raised on the beautiful island of Crete, Greece. At 26,
he immigrated to America and settled in
Salt Lake City, Utah. There he managed, and eventually owned, three American restaurants. He also met his future wife, Tracy, who was born and raised in Salt Lake City and was trained as a cook in the Army.
George and Tracy were married in George’s village (Gavalohori, Crete) and eventually returned to Crete to live for four years. There, Tracy was trained in the villages to cook the delicious foods of Greece. They returned to Tucson, this time to open an authentic Greek restaurant with a little twist; make the food fresh, fast, and affordable.
Relaxing in Crete, Greece
Danelle has been with our family since 2016. She is currently wearing many hats at Fronimo's; she serves as our General Manager, assists the customers in the dining room, cooks on the line (and prepares our delicious pastitsio and moussaka), and assists with catering.
Linda joined the Fronimo's family in 2009. She bakes all of our delicious baklava, kataife and spanakopita from scratch. You can also find her smiling face in the front as one of our cashiers and waitresses.
